Where do you begin?

  1. Building Consultation

Before you begin the building process, it is important that you, your agent, and a member of our team assist you with understanding the build process. Once you have an idea of your budget, land site, and floor plans you like, we will complete a Building Consultation to begin the process.

2. Purchase & Sale Agreement

Once the final details have been confirmed with you, your agent, and a member of our team, we will sign a Purchase & Sale Agreement outlining the final price, stipulations, design changes, and the estimated completion date.

3.

Land Acquisition

If we do not already own the land you are interested in building on, we will need 60-90 days to complete the needed steps. If we already own the land, we will begin land prep and mark where the home will be placed on the site.

4. Construction Loan

While we are acquiring the land to build on, we will also be working on obtaining the needed loans to complete the build.
This process can take up to 30 days.

5. Breaking Ground.

Now the fun begins, it’s time to watch your dream home become a reality. We build year round, but depending one the season and the floor plan you’ve selected the process takes anywhere from five to eight months for completion.
