He is part of the process every step of the way, ensuring your home is built with safety and efficiency in mind. With boots on the ground, you will see him on the job sites as well as at your walk through and inspections. As a licensed Realtor® since 2009, Richard understands the customer experience is important and that is why he will ensure you are happy with the end result.
Relocating to Fort Campbell, KY when he was a child, Richard is a proud member of the community. He continues to support various programs such as Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Camp Rainbow, & Precious Friends Puppy Rescue.

As a Clarksville native, Lauren yearns for people to see Clarksville as the great place she views it. She went to Montgomery Central High School and then to Austin Peay State University where she gained her Bachelors in English Education. After ten years of teaching, she knew she needed something that gave her more time with her family. So, she went back to her roots.
Growing up her father was a real estate agent and now he is a builder, she has been apart of this world for a while. Since she was a little girl, going to open houses with her dad, she has loved homes and seeing the processes of something going from nothing to something breathtaking-whether a flip or a new build.

Ryan Sandmire | Foreman
Ryan has lived in Clarksville, TN for 31 years. He and his wife, Kristin, have been together twenty years, married twelve with two children. When he first started he spent eleven years working in various new construction homes. Then he went on to create and build a successful lawn care and landscaping business that thrived for the better part of a decade. He was presented with an opportunity to work at Smith Custom Construction from his childhood friend Richard- who he has since worked with. Ryan enjoys what he does now because this job gives him the ability to have a life outside of work. Bringing Smith Custom homes to life has become a passion, and he looks forward to many years working with the brand.
